Initial Underwriting-Review The completed loan application is submitted to initial underwriting based on a property, with turnaround times typically within 24 hours, leading to quick closings. Contract Received & Disclosures Issued Upon receiving the purchase contract, initial disclosures and the appraisal are ordered the same day to keep things moving efficiently.
Final Underwriting & Clear to Close-The full file is submitted for final underwriting to obtain a clear to close, ensuring all mortgage programs are thoroughly reviewed.
